Stage-of-Life Context: We collect stage-of-life context — such as how long you’ve been in the city and where you’re from — which we use to group members by a similar stage of life.
Joining & Guests: When you join a table, we record your participation and attendance. If you bring a +1 or +2, we record the additional headcount.
Communication Data: We store records of notifications sent via WhatsApp and SMS, including delivery status.
IP Address & Location: When you visit our site, we collect your IP address and use a third-party geolocation service to estimate your country, so we can show pricing in your local currency.
Feedback & Attendance: After a dinner, we may collect feedback you choose to share (such as ratings and comments) and whether you attended, to improve our service.
3. How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery: To match you to a table and manage your attendance, and to send venue updates and reminders.
Reservations: To book tables at partner venues on your behalf.
Membership Management: To process Pro Plan subscriptions and provide exclusive access to features.
Communication: We use your phone number as the primary channel for service updates via WhatsApp (with SMS as a fallback).
4. Sharing of Information
With Other Users: We do not share your phone number or private contact details with other diners. Other guests will only see the name you provide.
With Venues: We may share your name and group size with restaurants to secure reservations.
Service Providers: We share data with third-party providers (e.g., Twilio for messaging, payment processors for Pro plans) only as necessary to perform their functions.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, to understand how our site is used and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may share certain information (such as your device, browser, actions on our site, and IP address) with Meta. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
