2. The Service #dine is a social dining platform that facilitates in-person connections. We are not a dating app. We curate dining experiences, manage invitations/RSVPs, and book reservations at third-party venues.

3. Membership & Fees

• Free Plan: Access to basic invitation and joining features.

• Pro Plan: A recurring subscription fee (e.g., US$10/month) provides enhanced features. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings.

• Dining Costs: The cost of food and drinks at the venue is the sole responsibility of the diners and is paid directly to the restaurant.

4. RSVP and Attendance Policy Because #dine secures reservations based on confirmed RSVPs, "no-shows" significantly impact the experience for other guests and our restaurant partners. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly fail to attend confirmed events.

5. Cancellations Users should cancel invitations or RSVPs as early as possible. Specific cancellation windows may apply depending on the venue’s requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Third-Party Venues: #dine is not responsible for the quality of food, service, or safety at the restaurants where experiences take place.

• User Conduct: While we encourage a respectful community, #dine is not liable for the actions or conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

• Allergies: Users are responsible for communicating food allergies or dietary restrictions directly to the venue.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
