1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using hashtagdine.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Community Guidelines.
2. The Service #dine is a social dining platform. #dine finds and holds seats at third-party venues every Thursday and lets members reserve individual seats. Everyone attends on their own; guests are seated side by side under a single #dine reservation. We are not a dating app.
3. Membership & Fees
Guest: #dine is free to join. A Guest may use one complimentary seat every 90 days. You only pay for what you order at the restaurant.
Regular: Regular membership is a recurring subscription of US$10/month. Regular members may reserve a seat at any Thursday dinner. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings.
Dining Costs: The cost of food and drinks at the venue is the sole responsibility of the diners and is paid directly to the restaurant.
4. Reconfirmation & Attendance On the day of dinner, members are asked to reconfirm their seat via WhatsApp. Seats not reconfirmed by 4 hours before dinner may be released so that venues receive an accurate count. A no-show — a seat that is reserved, not cancelled, and not attended — may be recorded, and repeated no-shows may affect your access to the service.
5. Cancellations Cancellation is free at any time up to 4 hours before dinner, using the reservation link in your #dine confirmation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Third-Party Venues: #dine is not responsible for the quality of food, service, or safety at the restaurants where dinners take place.
User Conduct: While we encourage a respectful community, #dine is not liable for the actions or conduct of any user, whether online or offline.
Allergies: Users are responsible for communicating food allergies or dietary restrictions directly to the venue.
7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
